Terms of Use

Updated: September 28, 2026

Clear rules for visiting the website, requesting a demonstration and using the Hub. Each customer operation retains its own contractual terms.

UTRANSIQO is published by WINNER MARKET LIFE SARL, Îlot 3178, Quartier Agla Agongbomey, Parcelle C, 13th district, Cotonou, Benin. Trade register: RB/COT/21 B 30598; tax ID: 3202113254127.

These terms govern use of the public website and the UTRANSIQO Hub. Services, modules, prices, terms, service commitments and licensing for a customer instance are set out in the quote or agreement accepted by the parties. That agreement governs the relevant instance if the documents differ.

Private areas are reserved for people authorized by their organization. Each user must keep personal credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorized access. The user's role and the organization's active modules determine the available actions.

Account or organization creation may require prior verification. Requesting a demonstration does not automatically create access to an instance.

Product screens and figures shown for illustration use fictional data. When demonstration access is granted, it is limited to the scope and period communicated at activation. It must not be used to process real operational data without express agreement.

A public feature description does not guarantee that feature is active in every instance. The organization's configuration and license determine which modules are available.

Prices are supplied by quote. Billing, renewal, suspension and any perpetual-license terms are set out in the applicable agreement. Browsing the website or requesting a demonstration does not itself create a payment obligation.

Where a purchase is available in the Hub or an instance, its amount, currency, payment provider and applicable conditions are shown before the order is confirmed.

A customer organization retains its rights in data entrusted to its instance. Access, export and return of that data follow the applicable agreement and the rights of the people concerned. Personal-data processing is described in the privacy policy and, for a customer instance, in the documents agreed with that organization.

The UTRANSIQO software, brand and content remain protected by their owners' rights. Access to the service does not transfer ownership.

An account may be suspended if its use threatens service security or exceeds granted rights. Notice, recovery and support terms for a customer instance are governed by the applicable agreement.

The law and dispute process applicable to a customer instance are determined by its agreement and mandatory rules.
